With the aim of expediting the management of requests for information generated by the Public Ministries in the framework of criminal injunctions, Telecom together with the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the province of Córdoba, carried out a training cycle on the new Protocol of Judicial Injunctions.
“At Telecom we consider collaboration with the Judiciary to be of fundamental importance, as well as the relationship between the public and private sectors. That is why we make this new work protocol available to guarantee and expedite legal requirements,” said Sergio Piris, manager of Criminal Affairs, technological crimes and anti-piracy at Telecom Argentina.
For his part, Juan Manuel Delgado, Attorney General of the Province of Córdoba, indicated that “it is necessary to advance in this type of public-private agreements that allow for the intensification and incorporation of technological tools to rapidly advance investigations. I reaffirm and highlight the commitment of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for training, study and the sense of belonging of the personnel of said agency towards these advances “
The training cycle is carried out as a result of the signing of collaboration framework agreements between Telecom and the Public Ministries of each province. The training in Córdoba is added to those already carried out in Santa Fe, Salta, and Corrientes. The company plans to continue with similar initiatives in other provinces.
Telecom daily receives hundreds of judicial documents nationwide, which are classified according to the indicated judicial deadlines. Each legal document is entered into the registration system, generating an internal, unique and unequivocal reference number, which will henceforth identify the information request.
The new Protocol of Judicial Requirements, establishes characteristics and requirements necessary to expedite the management by the company, complying with the requirements of each Public Ministry.
