In the Rostov village of Krasny Desant, a teenager attacked four people at a school with a knife. The head of the Rostov region Vasily Golubev spoke regarding this.
“A 15-year-old teenager in a mask and with a knife attacked people while trying to enter the school,” wrote Golubev on telegram. He added that the attacker wounded four adults. After the incident, the teenager was detained by eyewitnesses. It was a ninth grade student. The attacker has a mental illness, Golubev concluded.
