Teenager dies in Sonora rehabilitation center

HERMOSILLO.- After relatives of Sebastián, 14 years old, They will report his death in a rehabilitation center, the Sonora Prosecutor’s Office reported the arrest of two people as probable perpetrators.

According to the family’s public complaint, the July 7th They were given notice of the Sebastian’s death in the rehabilitation center “CPV for minors” located in the Palo Verde neighborhood, south of Hermosillo.

The version that the rehabilitation center gave to the relatives is that Sebastian slept that night in the company of the deputy director and in the morning the minor did not wake up.

“We went to buy some chips, we started watching a movie, I (the assistant director) fell asleep, in the morning I wanted to wake up Sebastian and I realized that he no longer had vital signs.”

“All this happened in the reception of said center. The Relatives request recordings from the cameras and the response was that there were no cameras at the reception,” they reported.

To this day We have not obtained the results of the autopsy.the rehabilitation center continues to operate, they publicly claimed and demanded that the Sonora Prosecutor’s Office apply the full weight of the law against the person responsible, especially because the minor was in good health.

Two people arrested for the death of a minor

The two people were held in the Hermosillo Cereso. They were provision of the judicial authority for the holding of the initial hearing of charges.
