A, who was interrogated as a suspect (substantive warrant review) before his arrest on this day, was recently found to be undergoing criminal proceedings for another crime. Person A, who dropped out of high school, is known to have a history of mental illness, including attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Mr. A, who was investigated at the Seocho Police Station in Seoul the day before, is known to have made a statement to the effect that he “tried to harm anyone.” At the time of arrest, Mr. A had three weapons and one blunt weapon.
