STRASBOURG (AP) – After finding a girl’s body in a garbage bag in France, the police arrested a teenager. The lifeless body of the five-year-old was discovered in an apartment in the town of Rambervillers in the Vosges, Mayor Jean-Pierre Michel said on Tuesday. The girl’s parents had reported their daughter missing shortly before.
