Tecno Phantom V: What we know so far
According to leaked data, the Tecno Phantom V smartphone is expected to come with a “reverse snap structure” in its hinge design – a feature mentioned by an anonymous industry source according to a report by Gizmochina. It’s not clear exactly how this hinge will work, or how radically it will differ from the ones we’ve seen so far from the likes of Samsung and Oppo. However, the report claims that this structure, along with the use of aerospace-grade materials in the overall structure of the smartphone, will help it improve the “structural stability” and sturdiness of the device.
The leaked image also reveals a circular camera module on the back of the alleged foldable smartphone, with three lenses visible. The Tecno Phantom V is said to have five cameras total, so at the moment, it’s not clear how that might pan out – the fourth camera is likely to be a selfie gun inside the folded screen, while the fifth camera might be on the outer fold, for taking selfies. Not much is known regarding the device yet, apart from the fact that the Tecno Phantom V is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 Plus SoC. More details should emerge closer to the launch date, so stay tuned 91 mobile phones.
