Tech-Camp UCC returns for its fourth edition

For the fourth consecutive year, the Catholic University of Córdoba will hold the Tech-Camp UCC, this Thursday, October 5, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. More than 250 secondary school students will meet in the “Osvaldo Pol” space on the University Campus (Av . Argentine Navy 3555).

The initiative seeks to promote technological vocations among students through a work day in which they must propose scientific solutions to challenges or “problems” of daily life in industry and companies.

What will the modality be like?

Students will form teams of 10 members and must develop solutions that they will present in “pitch” format (in 3 minutes), using audiovisual pieces or other supports.

The presentations will be evaluated by a jury made up of representatives of the UCC and the participating companies who will select the winning team.

This year the firms Deep Creek, Darwoft, Arcor, Mercado Libre, Akron, Xiku and Globant will participate. In addition, students from the University’s Faculty of Engineering will accompany the teams during the day.
