“Tebboune does not embarrass Egypt” .. Egyptian comment on the Algerian president’s demands to open the borders to send the army to Gaza

Rafat said: “Egypt and Algeria are two sisters who share exceptional relations that include blood, struggle, jihad, victories and defeats. We helped the Algerian revolution until it was victorious and they supported us in our wars to the point of buying arms deals and sending the largest forces in the October War that reached the Egyptian front.”

Rafat continued: “It is unacceptable for any party to lie in wait for these relations. The Algerian president intends to send aid to our brothers in Gaza, and indeed there is a problem in Rafah that Egypt announced and refused to deal with the Zionist presence at the crossing because that means recognizing the enemy’s sovereignty over the crossing and thus over Rafah, and this will be considered the first recognition of the occupation or fall of Gaza, and therefore Egypt completely rejects it.”

The Egyptian researcher noted that the presidential election speeches are enthusiastic, however, he interpreted President Tebboune’s statements as meaning support for the aid that will naturally be transferred by the Algerian army, the Algerian Liberation Army, which is the brother of the Egyptian army. These are relations that blend into one fabric and no strife will succeed with them.”

Tebboune, a candidate for the presidential elections on September 7, said during a speech he gave yesterday, Sunday, on the fourth day of the election campaign from the city of Constantine, that his country will not abandon its support for Palestine.

He stressed that the Algerian army is ready to enter the Gaza Strip as soon as the borders between Egypt and the Gaza Strip are opened, and to build 3 hospitals within 20 days.
