For Alexander Schlager, the injury he suffered yesterday while warming up before FC Red Bull Salzburg’s game at Rapid has far-reaching consequences. The 28-year-old former LASK captain will have surgery on his left knee in Innsbruck this evening, which means the current season will be over for him.
