Last year was difficult for both of us. After Riyadh Masters, we probably both realized that it would be better if we separated. I can’t say it was sad. We both felt rather relieved. Obviously, you get stressed when you play against someone you care about and don’t win. It’s not as easy as if you were just playing in a professional environment with other people. When we realized that it was all over and we no longer had to work so hard for each other, we felt relieved.
