Team EDF integrates 6 new athletes with ambitions for Paris 2024

The EDF group, Premium Partner of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, is integrating 6 new athletes into its Team, bringing the total number of athletes to 34 and the number of disciplines represented to 24. Heïdi Gaugain (para-cycling), Laëtitia Guapo (3×3 basketball), Anne-Cécile Ciofani (rugby at 7), Khalil Chabouni (breakdance), Théo de Ramecourt (kitefoil) and Dorian Foulon (para-cycling) join the collective founded in 2009 and made up of committed athletes, embodying the Group’s environmental and societal values ​​and commitments.

At D-500 of the Paris 2024 Games, EDF is strengthening its Team with 6 athletes who aim to represent France in the Olympic and Paralympic events. In order to mobilize and raise the awareness of as many people as possible, EDF wanted to open up its Team to new disciplines, in particular breakdance, 3×3 basketball, rugby 7, kitefoil and para cycling on track and on the road, embodying the modernity of the Games.

This new strengthening of Team EDF confirms a commitment of more than 30 years to French sport and the Group’s mobilization to popularize and encourage sport for all, in line with its values ​​of diversity, gender balance, inclusion and performance.

Beyond their performances and their dreams of medals at the Paris 2024 Games, EDF has selected women and men for their commitment to impact projects.
