Team Chile Excels at Santiago 2023 Pan American Games: Six Gold Medals and More!

He Team Chile had another great day at the Santiago 2023 Pan American Games, adding this Monday the long-awaited sixth gold medal, thanks to the Lucas Nervi’s triumph in athletics.

The Chilean athlete he shone in the discus throw test and a unique Pan American medal was won for our country in this event.

Team Chile also added five other medals: Four silver and one bronze.

The silver medals went to the fencer Pablo Núñez, the judokas Thomas Briceño and Fernando Solís, and the surfer Rafael Cortez.

The bronze, finally, went to Paulina Vega and Nicolás Burgos in the mixed table tennis.

In the general medal table, The United States remains strong, with 72 golds, with a total of 171 medals.

In second place is Brazil (37 gold medals), followed by Canada and Mexico, both with 35 gold medals and fighting to be on the podium.
