**Karlee:** It wasn’t an easy decision. I have tremendous respect for chelsea and the entire team. Ultimately, I felt it was time for me to pursue a new direction in my curling career. This opportunity with Team Einarson presented a unique challenge and the chance to work with some incredibly talented players.



**Archyde: Jumping to Team Einarson must have been a bittersweet experience, knowing it prevented Team Carey from competing in both the Scotties and the Trials. How did that weigh on you?**



**Karlee:** It was definitely a challenging situation. I understand the impact it had on Team Carey,and I truly wish them all the best. Curling Canada rules are in place for a reason, and unfortunately, this is one of those instances where they have notable consequences.



**Archyde: You’ve been a consistent force in the curling world, consistently making it to Scotties finals with Team Tirinzoni. Do you feel added pressure joining a team already vying for the top spot?**



**Karlee:** There’s always pressure at this level, but I thrive on it.



**Archyde: Team Einarson has undergone significant changes this season. how is the dynamic and the transition going?**





**Karlee:** It’s exciting! We’re still getting to know each other on and off the ice, but the team chemistry is building strong. We’re all committed to making this a accomplished season.



**Archyde: Looking ahead, what are your expectations for the upcoming curling season, with the potential of competing in the 2026 Olympics?**

**Karlee:** Our goal is simple: win. We want to be at the top, representing Canada on the world stage, and hopefully earning a spot at the Olympics.
