As the teacher shortage intensifies, theVersailles Academy chose to organize a big “job-dating” of the May 30 to June 3.
Their goal is to recruit 1 300 new contract teachers for the start of the school year in September 2022.
If the middle of faculty is still unknown for many candidates, a class could be entrusted to them within a few months. Once in office, they will receive a salary of approximately 2000 euros gross per month.
What are the recruitment criteria?
The Académie de Versailles asks only one thing from candidates: to have a bac+3.
Then a simple oral de 30min enough to be recruited. The questions asked are: “Why come today? Can a child be punished? What interests you in school?…”.
