Taylor Swift continues “Eras Tour” in London after Vienna cancellations

There are five shows scheduled at Wembley Stadium until August 20th, each with an audience of 90,000 fans. Increased security measures are in place in and around the legendary arena. “Tay-gating,” the practice of gathering outside a Swift show without a ticket, is prohibited. You have to go through metal detectors to enter.

The concerts in the English capital mark the end of the European part of the groundbreaking “Eras Tour”. The superstar had already performed three times at Wembley at the start of her European concert tour. Swift has not yet made any public comments on the cancellations in Vienna. A 19-year-old from Lower Austria is accused of trying to kill concert-goers in front of the Ernst Happel Stadium with an explosive device and stabbing weapons in the name of the radical Islamist terrorist militia “Islamic State” (IS).
