At first of June, whole tax money owed in Latvia, together with present, suspended and prolonged money owed, amounted to 833.058 million euros, which is 1.1% lower than a month earlier and three.4% lower than at the start of the 12 months , based on information from the State Income Service.
Together with money owed to the primary state funds amounted to 376.13 million euros (1.1% lower than at the start of Might), money owed to native authorities budgets – 282.646 million euros (0.8% much less), money owed on social insurance coverage contributions – 174.282 million euros (1.5% much less).
Present money owed, for which late penalties have been calculated, accounted for 60.7% of the entire quantity, or 505.962 million euros.
Money owed within the quantity of two.395 million euros that had amassed with liquidated enterprises earlier than the completion of the liquidation process have been acknowledged as not topic to assortment. Money owed within the quantity of 503.567 million euros have been acknowledged as topic to assortment, together with 219.623 million euros topic to precise assortment, and 283.944 million euros not topic to precise assortment.
A deferment on compensation dates as of June 1 was offered for money owed within the quantity of 98.319 million euros, which is 4.6% greater than at the start of the 12 months.
The quantity of suspended money owed, for which the calculation of penalties was stopped, at the start of June amounted to 228.777 million euros – these are the money owed of enterprises declared bancrupt.
As of January 1, 2024, the entire tax debt in Latvia was EUR 862.392 million.
