PT GARUDA Indonesia targets sales of 21,000 Umrah tickets through the Garuda Indonesia Umrah Travel Fair (GUTF) 2024.
This ambitious target is in line with the recovery of travel conditions and the high interest of the Indonesian people to perform the Umrah pilgrimage.
Garuda Indonesia President Director, Irfan Setiaputra, revealed that GUTF 2023 has recorded transactions reaching 133 percent of the target, with total Umrah ticket sales reaching 17,403 passengers.
“At this year’s GUTF, Garuda Indonesia is projecting an increase of 20.67% or up to 21,000 passengers,” said Irfan in his statement, Friday (23/8).
GUTF 2024 officially opened at the Grand Atrium & Mossaic Walk, Kota Kasablanka Mall, South Jakarta, today. This event will last for three days, from 23 to 25 August 2024, from 10:00-21:00 WIB, offering various attractive deals for Umrah tickets.

In its implementation, Garuda Indonesia collaborates with BRImo as the official mobile banking partner and involves various travel agents and other partners. Irfan explained that GUTF 2024 is part of Garuda Indonesia’s ongoing commitment as a national airline to meet the air transportation needs of people who want to worship in the Holy Land.

Flight tickets from Jakarta-Jeddah round trip start from IDR 13.9 million, Jakarta-Madinah round trip start from IDR 14.4 million, and business class tickets start from IDR 31.2 million for the Jakarta-Jeddah route and IDR 31.6 million for the Jakarta-Madinah route.
