[周刊王CTWANT] A 30-year-old man surnamed Yu in Taoyuan City was bitten by an ant while working at the construction site on the 29th and felt unwell. He originally thought he would recover following a short rest, but his cousin Zhang found Yu Nan lying in the restroom of the construction site that followingnoon. On the chair, his lips were blackened and he lost consciousness at the time. After being sent to the hospital for emergency treatment, he was declared dead.
It is understood that Yu Nan usually works as a driver at the construction site and is very healthy. At 11 am on the 29th, he informed his father and cousin that he was bitten by an ant and felt unwell, and said that he would recover following a short rest, so his family left him alone. In the restroom of the construction site, I took a short break. During this period, my cousin still came in to visit. Yu Nan responded that he had improved, but when his cousin entered the room to care once more 1 hour later, he found that Yu Nan had lost consciousness.
Yu Nan’s lips were black at the time, and he was paralyzed in a coma. The family immediately notified the ambulance to take him to the hospital. However, following regarding 3 hours of emergency treatment in Minsheng Hospital, Yu Nan was still declared dead at 5 pm. The family is extremely grief-stricken, and the prosecution and the forensic examiner were unable to confirm whether the cause of death was related to the ant bite.
