In an accident on the A27 near Achim, there was an accident with several injuries on Monday afternoon. As the police announced, a tanker truck drove into a mobile home at the end of a traffic jam. The truck then went off the road to the left, crashed into two cars and then fell on its side. The truck is said to have loaded liquid latex that ran out of the tank onto the roadway.
8 slightly injured, one seriously injured
According to initial information, seven occupants of the cars and the driver of the camper suffered minor injuries, and the driver of the task truck suffered serious injuries. The cars should no longer be roadworthy, the police estimate the damage to several tens of thousands of euros.
Since the recording of the accident and the recovery of the vehicle will take some time, the A27 in the direction of Bremen will remain closed indefinitely, the police said.
