The Tangier Urban Agency has thus announced the approval of the development plan for these districts by decree n°2.23.15 of January 12, 2023, published in Official Bulletin n° 7161, dated January 16, 2023.
In a press release, the Agency affirms that this development plan is part of the new generation of urban planning documents which advocates the principles of good governance and which fits into the vision of the new development model. .
The Urban Agency of Tangier reiterated its commitment to continue its efforts to cover all the districts of the city of Tangier by urban planning documents that accompany its urban dynamics.
The development plans for the districts of Bni Makada and Tanger Ville are in the study and approval phase, according to the same source.
