Taliban diplomats did not even respect the Iranian national anthem, Tehran’s response – World

In the conference held in the Iranian capital, the delegate of the Taliban repeated the serious anti-ministerialism against Pakistan once again in Iran as well.

The representatives of the Afghan government participating in the 38th International Islamic Alliance Conference held in Tehran did not even stand in respect of the national anthem of Iran.

Earlier, during a ceremony held in Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the Afghan diplomats did not stand in respect of the national anthem, for which the Afghan Consul General faced significant criticism.

According to the report, in the opening ceremony of this three-day conference, there were representatives of Islamic countries including Iran’s President Masoud Al-Badeshkian, during which the national anthem of Iran was played. But the Taliban diplomats did not miss the toss here either and were seen sitting on their seats.

According to Iran’s official news agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran summoned the caretaker of the Afghan embassy in Tehran and condemned the act of Taliban representative Azizur Rehman Mansour.

The Foreign Ministry called it an “unconventional and unacceptable move” by the Afghan ambassador.

Afgan Consulate officials desecration of Pakistani national anthem, Nazim-ul-Amour Foreign Office asked

Once again, the Afghan consulate denied the incident, attributing the ambassador’s decision to remain seated to the presence of “music in the anthem”.

After the incident, the Afghan delegate at a conference on Islamic unity in Tehran apologized, but said he did not stand because the Taliban banned music in public.
