“Talf Talat” is a new attempt by Abbas Jaafar in the cinema | Movies and TV shows

We are one of the bets on the young artist Abbas Jaafar, who has exhausted him experimentally between being a speaker in the concave and endearing Baalbek dialect, or participating in television programs in order to entertain viewers only, or even a guest on programs that enjoy his spontaneity and launch without control, leading to his adoption as a comedian star Or dramatic, it makes no difference.

In our opinion, all of the above did not serve this young man’s true talent at all, and we are responsibly betting on his upcoming and not far off theatrical experience with writer and director Yahya Jaber entitled: “Haykalu”, which is being rehearsed extensively these days for its opening next September, and the reason for our optimism is that Abbas will be facing the audience directly, and he is the son of instinct and talent with a text by Jaber that matches the image of the young artist in his audience.

What we saw following watching “Taraf Talat” is that the loss in identifying Abbas in the role: Amjad was great, so do you want it comic or dramatic? Do you want to laugh at his attitude or laugh at him?! All of this came to our mind as we followed it in a story told hundreds of times regarding a man (Assaad Rashdan) who inherited his sons everything he owned, on condition that each of them do specific things in order to deserve the inheritance. and Kami Kababa, directed by Sami Kogan.

The film is produced by Sobhi Sinan, directed by his son Raed, and embodies the rest of the roles: Fouad Yammine, Sarah Abi Kanaan – the director did not notice that her appearance on the screen is older than Abbas Senan, while when we saw her at the opening of the film, face to face, she seemed much younger – Amal Taleb, conclusion Welding, and Silvio Sarkis.

The film was completed 3 years ago and its release was delayed due to the Corona pandemic, and the endless crises in our country, while the opening was a crowd at the Grand Cinemas – Verdun gathering.
