CAIRO, 20th June / WAM / The Council of Muslim Elders headed by His Eminence the Grand Imam Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, Sheikh of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif and Chairman of the Council of Muslim Elders, called on the international community, individuals and institutions, to work to reduce the great suffering faced by refugees, displaced persons and those displaced as a result of wars, conflicts and conflicts, who suffer From difficult humanitarian conditions following they have been cut off from all means.
This came in a statement he issued on the occasion of World Refugee Day, which the United Nations celebrates this year under the slogan “Hope Far From Home.”
The Council of Muslim Elders emphasized the necessity of instilling hope in the souls of these refugees and striving to end their suffering and provide them with safety. So that they can practice their normal lives and provide adequate housing, food and drink for themselves and their families.
The Council of Muslim Elders mentions that many efforts have been made in defining the issues of refugees and calling for their rescue and providing a helping hand to them.
