In fact, according to scientists, there is something useful in the love of parties. This conclusion was made by researchers from the United States. They found that people who do not consider passive rest and parties to be something shameful are much easier to tolerate depression and stress. But fans of productive pastime are prone to mental problems. To find out, scientists had to interview regarding 200 students. They were asked questions regarding their favorite leisure activities, and then asked to take special tests, which reveal the level of happiness, stress, anxiety or depression. After analyzing the test results and comparing them with the answers of students regarding their favorite vacation, the scientists made an interesting conclusion: the more a person dislikes parties and other useless, from his point of view, rest, the higher the level of stress in his body.
