ELLE magazine welcomes you to the beach, in Cap-Ferret, on the sands of Grand Crohot, on Wednesday June 1 at 10 a.m. with Challenge Of Them, feminine and united sporting adventures. Put on your sneakers and join us on a major waste collection, open to all with Surfrider Foundation Europe*, NGO which works for the protection of the ocean and its users. After the collection, come and share your ideas with the editorial journalists, tell us regarding all the questions that concern you around the environment. The European champion of surfing and musician Lee-Ann Curren as well as the president of the association Keep A Breast and former French surfing champion, Maritxu Darrigrand will honor us with their presence.
Défi D’Elles was founded by Christelle Gauzet and Ly Danh in 2017. The concept? Feminine and solidarity raids to encourage women to surpass themselves and reveal themselves through new sporting challenges. A real confidence booster! Of all ages and from the four corners of France, the participants meet in teams of two (mother/daughter, friends, colleagues, etc.) to share an exceptional adventure: multi-sport events, exchanges with inspiring personalities, workshops well -être… A parenthesis that also makes sense, because Défi D’Elles supports the Keep A Breast foundation, which works to prevent breast cancer, as well as environmental protection associations.
Discover all the raids offered this year in the Alpilles, Oléron or Leucate and register!
* Do you want to start your own waste collection with Surfrider Europe or go to one of their “ocean initiatives”?
