On channel Phone Repair Guru A video has been released showing the unboxing of a very accurate copy of the iPhone 15 Pro Max for $220 (19,700 rubles).
The box from a Chinese iPhone is no different from the original one. All stickers, fonts, numbers and labels look identical.
In addition to the smartphone, the box contains a fabric-braided USB-C cable, documentation and a sticker with the Apple logo.
The smartphone itself looks very similar to the original iPhone 15 Pro Max. It has the same curved edges and an action button. Moreover, this is a real action button, and not just a silent mode switch.
The blogger noted that in the hand the device feels like a premium flagship, and it would be very difficult for him to distinguish a fake from an original.
But the fact that this is a Chinese copy immediately becomes clear following turning it on. The screen has a large “chin”, the display itself is not as bright and saturated as in the real iPhone 15 Pro Max. The cameras also take mediocre pictures.
Android is very well disguised as iOS. During the first startup, users are prompted to enter their Apple ID, and the system settings indicate the correct model number and serial number from a real iPhone. [9to5Mac]
