In 1956, he collaborated with Tainan Asia Records to record a record and became the most popular Taiwanese singer at that time, known as the “Treasure Island Singer”.
Wen Xia once formed the Wen Xia Four Sisters Choir with four girls and one boy. It was the earliest popular band in Taiwan. The next year, the performance of the Taiwanese film “Taipei Night” caused a sensation, and it also started a singing craze that accompanied the film. In addition to leaving behind many classic songs, from 1962 to 1972 also starred in 11 Taiwanese movies.
