On the 10th, the Xingfufa Construction Project on Wenxin South Road, Nantun District, Taichung City was dismantling the tower crane during construction on the top floor. Lin Shuya’s parents implored President Tsai to thoroughly review Taiwan’s public transportation safety. They believed that the government must pay attention to safety, and hoped that such a tragedy would not happen once more; President Tsai promised to review it.

Lin’s father also put forward many public transportation suggestions to President Tsai, thinking that public transportation safety must be taken seriously, and hoped that her daughter’s regret would be the last one.
