Swore. When actress Mylène Demongeot spent her summer vacation in Parcey

The actress Mylène Demongeot is passed away this week at the age of 87. The star of French cinema came to Parcey for a long time during the summer holidays.

Meeting along the Loue

Françoise Blondeau, born Montagney, now living with her husband Maurice in Tavaux is a native of Parcey. She is the daughter of Gaetan Montagney, painter, pupil of Toulouse-Lautrec and Églantine, seamstress, appreciated in the region. Françoise, alert octogenarian remembers very well the meeting between the two families.

“With my parents, in the summer, we went camping at the Vernier farm, in Haute-Loue. My father was studying for his next paintings, he was also a passionate fisherman. At the time, the Loue was full of beautiful fish. The Demongeot family camped in the same place, Alfred Demongeot, Mylène’s father was a keen fisherman. »

Françoise remembers that the father had high responsibilities, he was an inspector of the national economy. The mother, Claudia Troubnikova, was a “white Russian” (remained faithful to the tsar, editor’s note), the couple had married in 1928. Mylène had a half-brother, Louchka, born from a first union of Claudia. “He showed his parents,” recalls Françoise.

“Parsey, it was a joy for her”

Of Mylène, Françoise keeps excellent memories. “She came to Parcey and it was a joy for her. When she came on vacation, she began to take acting lessons, she was not yet a star, even if mother already saw her at the top of the bill. Mylène was a very beautiful young girl. Everything surprised her, surprised her, she also had a funny side. »

Françoise’s mother sewed a lot for Mylène and her mother. “When the family arrived in Parcey, they had fabric coupons and my mother sewed them pretty clothes, Madame Demongeot was very fond of beautiful things. »

Another person, wishing to remain anonymous, resident of Parcey and friend of Françoise, remembers the actress. “I had the joy of wearing Mylène’s clothes, the ones she no longer wanted to wear. »

What happiness

For Françoise, these moments of unconsciousness in the early 1950s are nothing but happiness. “Mylène was an extraordinary girl. From this period, Françoise has kept many photos, and remembers precisely the place where they were taken.

The picture of the relationship between the two families then darkened, a misunderstanding for Françoise. “There has never been an argument between the two families. When Mylène became a star, overnight, we had no news. »
