Leaving Wednesday morning from Courtelary, in the Bernese Jura, a glider pilot landed 9 hours later in the south of England.
Yves Gerster has just completed an exceptional flight aboard his glider. Leaving Courtelary (BE) on Wednesday at 7.35 a.m., he landed a little more than 9 hours later in Lasham, in the south of England, reports the RJB radio. Is a journey of 516 km which took him across France and the English Channel.
