The joint venture of Credit Suisse and American Express had to find a successor to CFO Wilhelm Rohde who left in August to take on new challenges.
The credit and debit card issuer Swisscard, a joint venture between Credit Suisse and American Express, says it has found in Roman Binder the successor to its former treasurer Wilhelm Rohde, who left in August to take on new challenges outside the company. The interim was previously assumed jointly by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Guido Müller and the Head of Risk Management (CRO) Daniel Muff.
Mr. Binder has notably worked for UBS and Credit Suisse, in Switzerland, Singapore and Hong Kong. He currently holds the position of grand treasurer for the emanation of the Federal Polytechnic School of Zurich (ETH Zurich) Microcaps, indicates a press release released on Friday.
At the same time, the company announces the replacement of chief information officer (CIO) Marco Bazzani by Linda de Winter. Ms. de Winter currently oversees development within the IT department of La Poste, following having worked for Swisscom in particular.
