GC obliges mining
The Grasshoppers have another newcomer to report in Pascal Schürpf. The 33-year-old midfielder has signed a one-year contract with an option for a further 12 months. Schürpf had played for FC Luzern since 2017 and played a total of 199 games for Central Switzerland. GC also announced that assistant coach Aurélien Mioch and athletics coach Manuel Fässler will complement the staff with the new coach Bruno Berner. Both worked together with Berner in Winterthur.
There are also mutations in the goalkeeper position at GC. As the “Hoppers” announced, they might not agree on further cooperation with keeper André Moreira.
