The worst was perhaps avoided on this Sunday in October 2021, following a football match between Lausanne-Sport and Grasshopper at the Tuilière stadium. Around fifty Zurich residents, frustrated by the defeat (3-1), attacked their Vaudois counterparts as they returned to the station. The rapid intervention of security forces made it possible to avoid a more serious clash, despite an initial shower of projectiles.
