Six times the grade 10
Reichmuth triumphs with maximum points
Pirmin Reichmuth sets another exclamation point two weeks following his victorious comeback at the Aargau Cantonal: The 1.98 meter giant triumphs on the Zugerberg with the maximum number of points!
Reichmuth did not meet the very bad opponents at the Rang-Schwinget above Zug. Without exception, however, it is wrestling that the Brünig winner of 2019 has to get out of the way in his second competition following his fourth cruciate ligament tear. The 27-year-old does it in a sovereign manner.
After the flat throw in the swing once morest Andy Murer, who was part of the association twice, Reichmuth also gave Alex Schuler (one wreath), Johann Scherrer (five wreaths), Fabian Durrer (winner of the Ob-Nidwaldner Kantonal) and David Wüst (one wreath) the maximum mark 10. In the final course, the greatest hope of the king of central Switzerland is challenged by Confederate Marcel Bieri.
The result: Reichmuth also masters this task successfully and thus has 60 points on the account. Next Sunday he will climb into the ring on the Brünig, where, in addition to the strong Bernese, the Thurgau overshooter Samuel Giger (24, four wins this season) is also likely to be waiting for Reichmuth. With Giger, however, the question still arises as to whether the neck injury suffered at the Northeast Swiss sub-association festival allows participation in the mountain classic.
