A Swedish study focused on more than one million people for more than 30 years, and found that doing more sports such as running and swimming when young, the risk of 9 cancers in old age decreased, among which the risk of lung cancer and liver cancer decreased by 40%.The team showed that the relevant research only focused on the amount of exercise and did not analyze habits such as diet.
