The three defendants in the Tissot and CK Watch trial are acquitted of all charges once morest them. The president of the Court of the Mountains and Val de Ruz, Christian Hänni, delivered his verdict on Friday shortly before 8:30 p.m. He thus dismissed the prosecution, which was asking for prison sentences for aggravated unfair management. The accusation of corruption was prescribed, that of money laundering was not taken into consideration because of “the absence of crime”.
