At a time when it announces the allocation of some 51 billion pounds sterling investment over 5 years to accelerate the electrification of its ranges, the JLR group (Jaguar Land Rover) does not forget to continue working on the exclusive character of its SUVs. Proof of this is the emergence of a new service called SV Bespoke, allowing customers to personalize their Range Rover to the limit. First model to inaugurate it, the large Range now offers increased gentrification and customization of its two most upscale versions, the Autobiography and the SV.
The only shot unveiled by the manufacturer and relating to this model shows a Range Rover SV, in profile, camped on 22” wheels and dressed in an unprecedented green hue. A zoom on the front doors reveals the SV seal placed on a band in lacquered black, like that of the mirror shells. What the image does not show is that on the hood and tailgate, an exclusive badge can be made in 24k gold by those who want and can afford it. At what price? We don’t know and it should be a detail, even an indiscretion inappropriate with the target clientele. Wealthy people from the (very) high society who, above all, are looking for a tailor-made product.
Customization and updating…
As such, the firm at the Green Oval speaks of “never reached levels of customization and refinement”. Through the so-called “SV Bespoke Commissioning Suite” program, customers now have a choice of “up to 391 colors of interior materials and 230 colors in the SV Bespoke color chart, to which is added the service of realization of after sample “Custom Match to Sample”, everyone can make their Range Rover truly unique”, indicates a press release from the manufacturer. As on a Rolls or a Bentley, we can thus choose the color of the embroidery, the woodwork, the leather or even that of the carpet.
Concomitantly with this program, the large Range benefits from a technical update. First on the infotainment front, with the adoption of an upgraded version of the Pivi Pro multimedia system which now features permanent sliders for individually adjustable volume and air conditioning settings. Then at the level of the engines which benefit from better electrification. This is the case with the P460e and P550 plug-in hybrids, which are still powered by a 3.0-litre inline six and which, as their names indicate, reach 460 and 550 horsepower respectively. 4.4 l assisted by a light hybridization and its power increased to 615 hp for a torque of 750 Nm. Huge figures and able to erase the weight of the machine, not without accentuating performance and driving pleasure at each acceleration.

Personalization
In addition to this unique green, the SV Bespoke color chart offers more than 230 satin or metallic shades, while it is possible to have a badge on the bonnet and tailgate in 24-carat gold! The interior has up to 391 colors of available materials and as many details that embody the pinnacle of luxury according to Range Rover.
