PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) has prepared a Standby Workshop service for cars and motorbikes to ensure customers’ peaceful Eid homecoming journey. This service is spread across 66 points in Sumatra, Banten, Jabodetabek, West Java, Central Java, East Java and Bali.
The Siaga Workshop will operate for 10 days on April 5-14 2024. Especially this year, PT SIS is also holding an Emergency Rest Area or repair post located in a strategic rest area along the cross-Java toll road.
Assistant to Service Dept. Head of PT SIS Hariadi said that the Suzuki Siaga Workshop will provide alert and agile services so that homecoming trips can be passed comfortably.
“In addition to the standby workshop, the Halo Suzuki Mudik Assistant service which operates 24 hours is also ready to help customers who need emergency assistance. “A total of 56 Bengkel Siaga outlets for cars and 10 outlets for motorbikes have been prepared to welcome our loyal customers’ valuable journeys,” said Hariadi in his official statement, Thursday (28/3).
For 10 days, the Suzuki Siaga Workshop is available with various operating hours, namely 29 outlets serving 24 hours, 12 outlets serving 16 hours, and 15 outlets operating 11 hours.
Suzuki car users who are on the toll road and need emergency assistance can visit the 24-hour Emergency Rest Area located at KM 102A and KM 456A.

For motorbike travelers, Suzuki provides special Standby Workshops located at 10 points on the island of Java, namely 1 Banten outlet, 1 Jabodetabek outlet, 2 West Java outlets, 4 Central Java outlets and 2 outlets in East Java.
The service provided at the Suzuki Siaga Workshop is claimed to be easy, with fast handling and the right costs. Vehicle inspections will also be carried out by experts specializing in Suzuki vehicles according to procedures and have been dedicated to handling repairs in a short time.
If a customer’s vehicle requires repairs or replacement of spare parts, then these needs can be done at once thanks to the availability of spare parts and special Eid promos.
The comfort of the facilities at Bengkel Siaga Suzuki is noted by the waiting room which is equipped with various entertainment, serving snacks and fresh drinks, children’s play area, prayer room for worship, as well as attractive prizes at each visit.
“Even though we are holding a Standby Workshop, we still urge loyal Suzuki customers to continue to carry out routine maintenance and check their vehicles at official Suzuki workshops or through the Home Service service before going on long trips so that trips with their families can feel more meaningful and without problems,” advised Hariadi.
