The Suzuki Vitara Brezza is the No. 1 selling compact SUV in India. The current generation, marketed in 2016, has sold some 750,000 units locally. Maruti Suzuki India Limited, a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, has just unveiled the brand new generation, electrified. With the new Brezza, and another SUV to be launched in August, Suzuki aims to exceed 50% market share in India, in line with the company’s medium-term plan.
In India, the SUV segment has grown strongly in recent years, accounting for around 40% of passenger cars sold in 2021. With a length of 3.995 m for 1.790 m wide and 1.685 m high, the new Suzuki Brezza benefits from a renewed, bolder design, with a marked hood and beltline. Nine body colors including three two-tone, and a two-tone interior, further reinforce its dynamic and urban appearance.
With the all-new Brezza, Suzuki aims to further increase its market share in the SUV segment. Also introducing the SUV developed by Suzuki which will be produced at Toyota Kirloskar Motor Pvt. ltd.
