The scuffle between the two sides ended in regarding 20 minutes when the police who responded to the report took Mr. Jeong’s family to the ground.
The Jeong family’s real estate rental business here, where the police raided, clearly showed signs of having been vacant for a long time.

The police, who simultaneously conducted a search and seizure at Mr. Jeong’s residence, plan to investigate whether they intentionally deceived the tenants as soon as they finish analyzing the data.
Mr. Jeong and his wife established a total of 18 corporations, including real estate rental businesses, to conduct large-scale rental business, and their son, Mr. Jeong, runs a real estate agent’s office and is suspected of brokering the lease contracts.
There have been 148 reports so far of being harmed by them, and the amount of damage amounts to 21 billion won.
However, tenants say that there are regarding 50 buildings owned by the Jeong family, and they estimate that a total of 671 households suffered damage worth 81 billion won.
The Suwon Countermeasures Committee for Jeonse Fraud and Tin Lease, comprised of victims, has decided to hold a rally in front of Suwon Station starting on the 26th to call for measures to be taken.
Gyeonggi Province has begun a full investigation of the damage with related organizations, including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and Suwon City has opened a counseling center to provide victim support, including legal counseling.
