Former ATP number 3 David Nalbandian is in troubled waters, he who is being pursued by his ex-girlfriend for having placed a hidden camera in his apartment in order to spy on him.
According to the “US Sun”, a judge ruled that the 41-year-old Argentinian had indeed installed a device in an air conditioning grill, as shown in a video which circulated on social networks.

The judge, however, indicated that it was not a crime since Nalbandian and Araceli Torrado were living together in this apartment in Italy at the time the camera was planted. They formed a couple between September 2022 and June 2023, according to the “Daily Mail”.
Torrado, 29, is suing his former partner for sexual harassment and stalking, according to a post on social media.
During his tennis career, Nalbandian reached a Grand Slam tournament final in 2002. One of the best players of the 2000s, he also won the ATP year-end tournament in 2005. He took his retirement in 2013, following 13 years on the professional circuit.
