Prosecutors also added, “Rep. Yoon raised donations in his personal account and used them as if he were his own money, or used group funds for his own purposes.”
In response, Rep. Yoon petitioned for a reasonable ruling by the court, saying that he did not pursue private interests in the process of using the donation.
