According to initial findings, the people walking below, two men and a woman, were caught and carried away. A 24-year-old fell regarding two hundred meters over rocks. The other man and the woman, who had suffered minor injuries, carried out first aid measures on the person who had fallen and alerted the rescue services.
The Rega crew took emergency medical measures, but had to determine the crashed person’s death on the spot. The injured woman was flown to the hospital in Davos. The alpine police, together with the Graubünden public prosecutor’s office, have started investigating the exact course of events. (chs)
