The makers have released the first song of Salaar Part 1 Seafire directed by Prashant Neel starring Prabhas. In Malayalam, the song starts with Suryaangam and shows the friendship between Prabhas’ Deva and Prithviraj’s Varadaraja Mannar. The song is composed by Ravi Basrur and the Malayalam lyrics are penned by Rajeev Govindan. The song is sung by Indulekha Warrier. The film will release in theaters worldwide on December 22. After KGF 2 and Kantara, the film produced by Vijay Kirandur under the banner of Homballe Films also features Prithviraj Sukumaran in a pivotal role. The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Hindi and Malayalam languages.
Shruti Haasan, Ishwari Rao, Garuda Ram, Tinu Anand, Jagapathi Babu and Shreya Reddy are the other main actors in the film. Prashant Neel is preparing the story and screenplay of the movie. Director Prashant Neel had revealed that friendship is the core emotion of Salaar and Salaar is the story of two friends who turn into worst enemies. Salar’s world is very different from the one he created in the KGF franchise. Both are different stories, different emotions. Prashant Neel also said that the audience should not expect another KGF from Salaar. Prabhas had already stated that Salaar is the most violent role he has done so far.
Magic Frames and Prithviraj Productions are bringing ‘Salar’ to theaters in Kerala. Cinematography by Bhuvan Gowda, Editing by Ujwal Kulkarni, Music by Ravi Basrur, Digital PRO Obscura Entertainment PRO. Manju Gopinath and Marketing Binu Bringforth are the other team members.
