A festival-goer who was among a crowd of 3,000 people during a Hamas group terror attack in Israel on Saturday had to hide under bodies for more than seven hours to escape death.

The festival-goer had taken part all night in a nocturnal party when, in the morning of Saturday, the Hamas group opened fire on the crowd of around 3,000 people, causing panic among the participants who fled in all directions. , according to the American media.

But according to a conversation with a relative, the woman managed to take cover inside a bomb shelter, with around 35 other people, before the group was found by Hamas fighters who shot at them randomly, especially with grenades.

It was only following 7 hours that help reached them, allowing the ten of them still alive to leave the shelter.

“I contacted my family here and they found someone to come and rescue us. They were former soldiers […] And apparently the person who came to pick us up, his daughter, was in the group. We were so lucky. It’s a miracle,” the festival-goer continued, according to the screenshots.

In total, at least 800 Israelis were reported killed in the attacks while more than 2,000 were injured. More than 150 people, including tourists, are also detained by Hamas, according to data from the New York Post.
