The return to French Tech promised to be difficult: it is indeed. The funding crisis affecting start-ups all over the world is starting to take its toll. In recent months, some could still count on their remaining cash, an “emergency” round table with their historical investors (a “bridge” in the jargon) or a rescheduling of their debts (via conciliations or ad mandates hoc).
But it was not enough. More and more start-ups are initiating collective proceedings. Difficult to have precise figures since a start-up has no legal definition.
