He estimated that the two yellowtails were “wild” and pointed out that wild yellowtails are generally larger in size, and it is common for one to weigh several kilograms. He pointed out that although farmed Huang Liqian is rarely of this size and cannot be produced without technical skills, ordinary traders do not have the patience to wait for the fish to grow and usually “sell it for 12 qian.” As for the selling price, he also said that the price is on the expensive side for 4-5 pounds.
