After the surprise dismissal of Thierry Dailly, Vincent Euvrard had been landed by the president of the RWDM, the American John Textor.
The dismissal of Euvrard, who had led RWDM in the Pro League, was surprising. He was replaced by Claudio Caçapa. After the first league match, once morest Genk, Xavier Mercier told our microphone that Euvrard’s departure “shocked everyone”.
Tracked by several Belgian clubs during the summer – in particular Standard -, Euvrard will indeed relaunch in our Kingdom… in the Challenger Pro League.
It was the Zulte-Waregem club which announced that Euvrard was its new coach. He replaces the duo Frederik D’Hollander – Davy de Fauw. Essevee aims to return to the elite next season.
