The investigation by the Federal Police for almost two years has been summarized in this document, which will be examined by the Prosecutor’s Office to determine if it contains sufficient evidence to denounce the leader of the extreme right and the others involved before the Supreme Court.

The Police have charged the 37 defendants with the alleged crimes of “violent abolition of the Democratic State of Law”, “coup d’état” and “illicit association”, which together can lead to up to 30 years in prison.
The Prosecutor’s Office has a period of 15 days to file a complaint from the moment it receives the complaint, but this period can be extended if it requests more information about the matter.
