Because Rezky Aditya is considered to still be submitting a PK or review. Only on condition that he must bring new evidence. One of the pieces of evidence Rezky Aditya was able to bring was the results of a DNA test which stated that Wenny Ariani’s child was not Rezky Aditya’s flesh and blood.
In fact, Rezky Aditya had asked for a DNA test for a long time by Wenny Ariani. But the soap opera actor always avoided it until finally the Supreme Court’s decision was issued. So that now Wenny Ariani is no longer afraid or afraid when the DNA test is finally carried out.
“Just go ahead and do a DNA test, of course it must be according to procedure and be recognized by the evidence system in court,” Wenny Ariani told detikcom via text message, Wednesday (14/6/2023).
“Actually, since the decision on appeal he has been able to do so, if there is good faith. But you know that efforts are always made to delay the decision,” he added.
There is a sense of relief in Wenny Ariani’s heart after hearing the Supreme Court’s decision which rejected Rezky Aditya’s cassation. At this point, he also admitted that he would not back down and would continue to fight if Citra Kirana’s husband made another move.
He also firmly asked Rezky Aditya to behave like a father. He should no longer be deluded and have to carry out his responsibilities as a father.
“With this cassation decision, we are grateful that the cassation was rejected and of course upheld the appeal decision. This cassation decision is a decision that has permanent legal force (inkracht),” said Wenny Ariani.
“Therefore, he has an obligation as a father. Even though he wants to conduct a judicial review, this obligation cannot be postponed. Rezky should act as a father according to this decision,” said Wenny Ariani.
Until now, Rezky Aditya has not issued any comments regarding this matter. On the other hand, he is also still bothered by the exciting video case.
